How fast is delivery?
Usually 2–5 business days after payment, by email to the address on your order.
Is this a subscription?
No. One payment. One report for one company.
Which cities are covered?
We search wherever that company pulled permits we can match. Coverage depends on what cities published and on the names and licenses you send. Market pages are starting points, not hard limits.
What if you find no matching permits?
If we cannot match any permits, we refund the $599.
Do you guarantee a minimum number of rows?
No. Row count depends on published records and how well names and licenses match. We do not invent rows.
Is job value always included?
Only when the public permit record includes a value. If the city left it blank, that cell stays blank.
